Daily suggested intake (18g) includes:
Potassium (potassium hydrobicarbonate) – 3285mg/164,25*
Magnesium (magnesium carbonate) 88,13mg/23,50*
Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate

Directions for use: Suggested daily intake is 1 measuring spoon (6g) 3 times a day. Mix with a glass (250ml) of clean water and drink 1 hour before or after meal.
